Realty  Unlimted has been a property management company  for over 25 years.  Prior to Realty Unlimited's conception one owner, Selma, was  President of the largest property management company in Florida with several offices across the State of Florida.   The other owner, Kevin, was the management accountant for one of the largest development firms in the State of Florida and went on to become a controller and VP of operations for developments in Orchid Island and Port Saint Lucie. Our current clientele consists of multinational companies, corporations, and individuals who would like their properties to be maintained and deliver the highest profit margin available.  The types of properties we manage are diverse, single family homes, duplexes,  condominiums and much more.  Our experience and expertise constantly appraise the market and provide this timely information to our customers. 

We screen our tenants with credit verification, any prior evictions, current bankruptcy status, and of course criminal back ground checks.  We go further by verifying the tenant's current employment situation and a reference from their prior landlord.  We make sure that the prior landlord is the owner of the house and that the address matches the driver's license.  Any discrepancy is well documented and all of this information is provided to you prior to entering into one of the toughest leases available, (see our sample lease on the prior page).

Repairs and maintenance are immediately addressed with both tenant and owner.  We vet our vendors for compliance and make sure they are both affordable and provide the highest quality of service.  Repairs are constantly being reviewed prior to payment.  Any and all discounts are passed through to our customers with detailed receipts and a state-of-the-art work order system.
